FINAL Studio Log // Stardate 99666.0

On this fine Friday morning, I am proud to announce that the album is done! I've finished up the last of my revisions on the last song and it was a hell of a job. Battle for Azhul'tar has 96 tracks of audio which makes for a  20Gb file.

Herr Nox and I have poured our hearts and souls into this album. We've had many ups and downs and we never gave up. The vision was clear from the beginning but making it a reality proved to be much harder than we both thought. Mixing metal with a sci-fi movie-like vibe from the '80s. Easy, right? Not so much.

However, I think we got the result we were after in the end. But we did not do this alone. We would like to thank Lindsay Schoolcraft for her vocal appearance as both the character Satis and her vocal performance on The Red Emperor and Battle for Azhul'tar.

We would also like to thank Mr. Jonh M. Miller of the band Projekt F, for the support, help and mastering of the album. We are grateful for your contribution.

And last but not least, we would like to thank all of you for your patience as we finish the album, as well as helping us spread the word about The Astroplex. A lot of you folks posted everything we put up and it really made a difference.

So in closing, the album is gone for mastering. We are aiming for a summer release. Be sure to check for announcements on the release date.
